How to make a reservation online
You can make a reservation by selecting the check-in date first, or by selecting the Stay Plan first.
Reservation from the check-in date
To check the room available, fill out the Check Vacancy Form which has check-in date, number of guest(s), number of room(s) and estimated cost and click the 'Search' button.
Reservation from the Stay Plan
Please select from the list of the Stay Plan below the Check Vacancy Form. If you check the 'Date Pending', you can select your check-in date from the calendar.
Check the vacancy
You can see which Stay Plans are available or not.
Please click the 'Search' button, after checking the vacancy and the room rates.
"×"means not available, you cannot select.
■When you stay more than 1 night and request different stay plans each night, please make a reservation per night. We arrange for you to stay the same guest room all nights.
Fill out the Reservation Form
Enter your information. You can choose the way which our staffs make contact with you after reservation. For an estimate, click the 'See an estimate' button on the right side of the screen.
Fill out the Estimate Form and click the "Request an Estimate" button. We will contact you later. (When you make the reservation, click the 'Reservation' button on the right side of the screen.)
Check the Reservation Form
If you want to correct the information, please click the "Go back to previous page" and return to the Reservation Form page. If everything is OK, please press the 'Submit' button.
Confirmation
Your reservation has been confirmed.
The Confirmation email will be sent automatically to your mail address which you entered before. Please check the email if the reservation is correct or not. In case you need to correct or modify the reservation, contact us by phone.
※Reservation can be modified until 2 days before check-in date.
